Thank you for shopping with R S Creations. We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
